BOSTON, MA (March 30, 2020) – MindEdge Learning is offering new resources and initiatives to help its partners navigate the new realities of online learning and continue providing value to their learners during the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.

For its existing partners, MindEdge has made three courses available free for enrollment. The courses, from MindEdge’s Certificate in Creativity and Innovation, include Introduction to Critical Thinking; Personal Creativity; and Creativity in Teams and Organizations. The company made the courses specially available in partner catalogs for offer to their learning communities.

Partners can make these resources available through their channels after opting in to the offer with their MindEdge representative. So far, the company’s university partners in continuing education have been especially responsive to the program, with more than 40 percent opting in within 24 hours. All courses will be available until August 31, 2020.

MindEdge has also released A Practical Guide to Online Teaching and Learning, available as a free online resource to the broader K-through-12 and higher education communities.

This collection draws on MindEdge’s Certificate in Online Learning, and more generally on its more than 20 years of experience as a premier developer of practical online learning resources.

The online course comprises three distinct sections: Introduction to Online Learning, Teaching Online, and Online Learning Accessibility. The material can be accessed through MindEdge’s delivery platform, which employs best-practice implementations around integration and accessibility practices crucial to the long-term sustainability of online learning efforts.
