D. Quinn Mills, Ph.D. - Chairman

D. Quinn Mills, an educator and thought leader, has served as chairman of MindEdge since its founding in 1998. Dr. Mills, who has taught at Harvard Business School and MIT's Sloan School of Management, consults with major corporations and governments, and lectures on management, leadership, strategy, economics, and geopolitics. He is also an expert on the differences between Asian and Western leadership styles. Dr. Mills recently authored three studies of executive leadership: Principles of Management; Leadership: How to Lead, How to Live; and Principles of Human Resource Management, all published by MindEdge Press. His most recent book, Master of Illusions: Presidential Leadership, Strategic Independence and America's Public Culture (Cambridge University Press, 2007), explores America's role in the world in the aftermath of the second Iraq War. Dr. Mills earned his MA and Ph.D. from Harvard, both in economics. He received his undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.


Jefferson Flanders – President and Chief Executive Officer

As President and Chief Executive Officer for MindEdge, Inc., Mr. Flanders oversees the company's strategic and operational development. An author and educator with a long-standing interest in how people learn, Mr. Flanders has led the company into book publishing with MindEdge Press; into management and communications education with the introduction of the Winchester Center for Management Development; and into web-based learning resources with the At Work Network. Mr. Flanders brings more than twenty years experience in media and publishing to his role at MindEdge, including stints with Harvard Business School Publishing and the New York Times Company, where he served in varied management positions. Mr. Flanders has taught in New York University's Journalism Department, Boston University's School of Management, Babson College, and the American Press Institute. He contributes to MindEdge's At Work Newswire and blogs on the issues of the day at Neither Red nor Blue. Mr. Flanders has a B.A. from Harvard College and an MBA from Columbia University.


William F. Connolly – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Connolly oversees the overall financial plan and accounting practices at MindEdge. Mr. Connolly has a wide range of accounting and managerial experience from nearly four decades of service in operational and corporate staff capacities at The Boston Globe and The New York Times Co. While Controller/Business Manager at the Globe, Mr. Connolly oversaw the implementation of an enterprise wide general ledger system; he established a corporate center for integrated financial, payroll, and benefits accounting as President of the New York Times Shared Services Center. He has also provided strategic and operational oversight to the Globe Santa Fund Trust which provides holiday gifts to underprivileged children in the Greater Boston area. Mr. Connolly holds a bachelors of science from Boston College.


Sandra Diodati - Vice President, Operations and Content Development

As Vice President, Operations and Content Development for MindEdge, Inc., Ms. Diodati oversees all daily operations of the company. Focusing on project management functions, Ms. Diodati works closely with both the new business and technology teams to ensure the smooth delivery of MindEdge systems and programs. Ms. Diodati manages all aspects of partner customer service, database management, and technology design and testing. She received a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Union College in 1997. Previously, she worked as a computer assurance associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P., specializing in market analysis and systems auditing for the financial services industry.


Thomas R. Mitro – Director, Sales & Marketing

Mr. Mitro is responsible for direct sales, business development and marketing programs at MindEdge. Prior to joining MindEdge, Mr. Mitro was an executive at IntraLearn, a leading provider of eLearning applications, where as Vice President of Marketing, he directed corporate and product marketing programs and managed new business development. Mr. Mitro was also instrumental in the transition of IntraLearn from a consulting, multimedia and Internet applications development company to a premiere provider of distance learning software products and services. Mr. Mitro also developed and taught online courses in Strategic Marketing for UmassOnline, and taught undergraduate courses in Effective Communications at Hesser College. Mr. Mitro has more than 20 years experience in all aspects of sales, marketing and business development and held management positions at several venture backed companies including ONTOS and IMI. Mr. Mitro has a BS degree from Boston University and attended leadership and management training programs at Babson College.


Michael Warner - Director of Information Technology

As Director of Information Technology for MindEdge, Inc., Mr. Warner manages the company's technical development efforts, including software programming, hardware, maintenance and support, and data management. He is the chief programmer and architect for the MindEdge websites and web applications. Prior to joining MindEdge, Mr. Warner mastered several computer languages and developed custom eCommerce and CMS solutions for companies and institutions including Doble Engineering and Harvard University. Mr. Warner holds an MS in Instructional Technology from SUNY Potsdam as well as numerous certificates. In addition, Mr. Warner is fluent in Russian and German, having studied Russian at the post-graduate level at SUNY Albany and at the Free University of Berlin, Germany.
